How it usually works

Clarify the amount of the images / deadline / request or references / need of color treatment / final export requirements and send some previews to receive the final quote.
Please make sure you clarified the deadline for the first delivery and final results to avoid misunderstandings.

Send your files for work using Wetransfer / Dropbox / Google drive using our studio email studio@solis-retouch.com. We do accept EIP (Capture One files), RAW + XMP (Camera Raw corrections file), TIFFs, high quality JPEGs either with or without your color treatment - as you decide. 1-3 images free test is available for new clients or specific requests within 1-3 working days (TBD for a particular situation).

We check every image internally before you even see them to be sure all your needs were met.
We can deliver the first images prior to the deadline to approve a general direction with you. We can deliver in batches for 30+ images projects.

Make it perfect with unlimited revisions. There is no additional fee for comments and revisions. We work till the last edit from you and your clients. The average time for the amendments is 1-3 working days (TBD for a particular situation). Please do not hesitate to share your feedback. Everything can be easily amended with our studio's developed layer's process.
We do not refund payment or rearrange the final cost if you won't use the versions of the images that you've submitted and we've already processed.

As soon as work is approved we transfer high quality files according to your export requirements and support you during the client’s revisions.
