We accept:
- EIPs (Capture One files with your corrections / crop etc.),
- RAWs + XMPs (original files from your camera, settings put on top of them through Camera RAW),
- TIFFs with or without any markups, corrections
- JPEGs high quality (or film scans)

You can send either originals or color corrected ones as we have no requirements in here. If you already have a preferable color option, you can use it for retouching. Please bear in mind that after retouching we can’t completely recreate the original color. If you’re sending B&W it can’t be reverted to a color version once retouching is done without reworking the image.

You can use any comfortable way to share your images. It can be Wetransfer, Dropbox, etc.

It is strongly advisable that you send all the possible information that can clarify your request at the very first stage of cooperation. References on retouching and color, markups, written or audio notes will help us fit perfectly to your style as well as precise further amends.

We’re located in Georgia (country, not a State, outside of the EU).

Usually we work with per image rate which can be flexible depending on the complexity and type of the images, but we can negotiate the budget/fixed price for a project fixing the amount of the images since it will mean for us the same.

Yes we do video editing and basic color correction (mostly it’s the connected service to a photo retouching - as a package - for the same brand) as well as commercial color correction as a separate service.

Yes sure, we do compositing for different types of images (for example focus or light stacking for product photography or placing a shot model to a 3D background), we’re now actively exploring using AI images and tools for it as well but we don’t proceed 3D renders/backgrounds for compositing besides AI generated.

We have a creative team of 10 retouchers, video editor, senior retoucher / supervisor and Alex Solis as a coordinator and art director as well as project manager.

Around 300 images / per project with full retouching/compositing and color correction. And around 1000 with some more basic adjustments.

It really depends on the complexity and other bookings but in general it’s about 10-30 images / per day.
